A place to rest
The Giler Arms has 5 well appointed twin and double rooms, all with en-suite shower and WC. The family room sleeps five in a double and bunk beds, and shares a bathroom with one other room.
Double rooms benefit from marvelous views over the lake and across to the Denbigh Moors, subject of local folklore and legend.
All rooms enjoy tea and coffee making facilities, TV, and are ideal for anyone who wishes to enjoy everything the area has to offer..
Walkers, Go-Karters, Rafters, Fishermen (or women!), Motorcyclists are all most welcome.
If you have any special requirements during your stay we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible.
Great Beer - Great Food
The welcoming bars are well stocked with international lagers and of course, Batham’s famous draught beers, brewed in the heart of the Black Country using traditional methods since 1877! More information on Batham's beers can be found here.
Bar meals are served in the comfortable lounge at lunchtimes and evenings throughout the year. There is also a traditional slate floored bar with dartboard, TV, open fires and a games room with pool table.
Our 45 seat restaurant overlooks the lake with views of the surrounding hills and countryside. The menu is extensive but very reasonably priced, making the Giler a popular eating place for local and visiting families alike.
Coach parties are catered for by arrangement and children are most welcome.
